Snowflake Challenge Day 4
Challenge #4
In your own space, create some goals. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
I have some personal goals I need to work on, but I'm going to stick to fannish.
First, I really want to finish the Musketeers in Space story. For anyone that hasn't heard me mention this before -- which will be few of you I know -- I wrote this story for the h/c exchange in 2019, and then realised it didn't really fit what my recipient wanted. So, I wrote something else, posted that instead and have sat on the space story ever since, adding words every now and then.
It's not bad and was actually complete at the time apart from a rushed ending as I'd ran out of challenge time. Just, at this point I've been poking at it so long I've lost perspective, but at the same time, I don't want to forget close on 14k of words.
Second, write! I always remember how much I enjoy it when I do write, but it's getting to that point that's the problem. Looking at my A03 in the last year I've written one short story and a handful of drabbles since the ficlets from the last Snowflake challenge. Considering how prolific I used to be, that's pretty sad.
