turpsThe Royal variety Show is usually a turn off but really, seeing a half naked man dressed only in jeans writhing around in a bath at the end of two ropes may change my mind.
Ahem yes, moving on.
I usually like editing, there's something satisfying about smoothing out a story, filling holes and making a story the best it can be. What I don't like editing are sex scenes and I don't like writing them either. As much as I love reading them, and that's a lot, having to sit and analyse a sex scene takes all the fun out of it. Reducing something that's supposed to be hot into a series of actions that have no real impact on their own. Of course it's needed, many times I've had characters do something that's not physically possible or grown another hand or something which surely throws people from the story. But despite that editing is coming on nicely so no worries on that account.
Good things today, something selling on E-Bay that means we've more money that we expected for Christmas! Also, I'm not in the Stargate fandom but I love the show so I really hope the spoiler that has the fandom squeeing is true.
And now I'd better go before anyone sees through my blatant attempt to procrastinate about editing *g*
