Gerard isn't actually angry with Frank. He's just SAD that Frank doesn't seem to realise that what he did was wrong. He has to learn that actions have consequences. But of course, as soon as Frank shows real regret Gerard and the others forgive him straight away, and they have group cuddles to re-establish their bond!
