So, I've read this first part. I really should be reading for class (and i should be sleeping, in fact) but I saw that you posted this and I couldn't resist. And I must say, I love how this flows so well. You write just enough without going overboard with detail, and the characters personalities are so distinct and so fitting, it nearly blows my mind.
Frank makes me laugh, and I love how he interacts with the others in here. I literally laughed out loud when he started rambling about sex with Mikey in front of Gerard and argued with Bob about it. I also love Gerard's bond with Mikey in this. It's almost heart wrenching to read, but that's good because you do an awesome job of drawing the reader into Gerard's character without it being too cliche or generic. I'm excited to see how things play out for everyone in the later parts!
I'll have to finish reading the next parts tomorrow, but I just wanted to say that I love this.
