I didn't think I could join h/c bingo this time as I didn't post any of my h/c bingo prompt fills to the comm. But it turns out I could join, so I have my latest h/c bingo card that I'm no doubt going to fail on.

Nothing I can't handle, though I've already covered two of the prompts with BBBs, so I don't know if I want to revisit those. Though the body image one makes me really want to attempt the Mikey/Frank story where Frank's put on weight due to his meds story that been in my head for years now. I've poked at it a little in the past in a meme response, but a fully formed story would be good.

I'm not going to say I'm going to get a line this time, as I think we all know that's unlikely. However, I'll give it a go, see if I can beat my three fills best at least. Though thinking about it, one of those fills was for trope bingo I think. I'm the worst. I'll now go and hang my head in shame.

I'll totally own up to considering getting a card for a moment. Then I remembered that I'm all for the comfort part of the trope rather than the hurt. So, rather than drive myself cuckoo, I sidestepped the sign-up.

BTW, don't hang your head in shame. You're not the worst. You filled 3 more than I did in all three times I've attempted to do this bingo. :)

I'm sure you read the meme response about the body image thing.

It's something I would like to expand, and have done for a long time, since Frank did put on all that weight. For someone so obviously in the public eye it must have sucked, and that's on top of how he felt about it personally.

I'm stupidly addicted to these bingos, and never do well on them. I do like to think I'm embracing the comfort side of things more. My bbb has lots in it, and hopefully no one who has read it will come along, point and laugh, saying, in your dreams! *g*

You could be right. I love looking at the cards and thinking what I could right. Problem being of course, I never do.

I'm contemplating making this a monthly challenge--everyone commits to writing one square. By January we should've at least some fills!
