Ugh, having to queue to get an appoinment is just so wrong!!!

It really is. They tell people not to do it and phone instead, the problem being, it's really hard to get a telephone appointment. When I got one for Corey last week I was using my mobile and the house phone and James his mobile, all phoning together and we still very lucky to get a spot with one of the new doctors. All appointments go within minutes, I really don't know how the people who only have one phone or can't queue up actually do it.
