It was a good visit to York. Though it was spoiled by the phone situation. The loss of the messages was always hanging over my head and we spent a good hour in the EE shop, so that cut into our time. But thankfully all was well.

The tree is gorgeous. In fact everywhere looked very festive. A very nice man offered to take that photo and I'm glad he did because I do like the result.
