Those are both excellent things. Obviously, I'm thrilled my MiL is home, but I'm also thrilled that I'm not having to mop up a flood after every wash.
The Favourite really captured my attention. Like you I had no idea what was going to happen, and I'm still unsure how to categorise it. But what I do know is, it's not a comedy. Going home I was discussing with James what the end could have meant, and I always think that's a sign of a good film, one that makes you think and doesn't neatly end things.
