It is a lot of meat, though we did give away a joint to my In-Laws. Today the beef joint will be cooked for a Sunday dinner, then leftovers used for James' bait for work.

Yeah, it is understandable the cats need to ease back into things, though I suspect Simon will be retired as a cafe cat as he's lost prime socialisation time in the public environment.
