I know what you're feeling. I never got excited about New Year's Eve either. My dad used to work on the 31th, so it was just mom, my sis and I. We did make a special dinner, but it was really quiet, just between the three of us. Then we used to watch one of those New Year's Eve movies, kiddie movies, but it was a tradition.

What I'm excited about though is that Babycakes is here to 'celebrate' it with me *g* So, the program is : RoTK (we're leaving in 20 minutes), then nice dinner, then Disney cartoons, and then, well we'll find other DVDs to watch, I'm sure *g* I guess we'll surf a bit afterward, because, well, that's what we do, right? *g*

Christmas is special, but New Year's Eve... well, it's not, not really. Not to me, I mean. I always refused to spend it with my friends because they just spend the night drinking, and getting plastered is so not what I consider a good entertainment! lol So quiet is the keyword for tonight, and really, that's what I like best.

I don't even really miss the whole thing with Family and Gang. I mean, the last three years that's what we did. Oh, it was *great*, but I just like quiet best *g* Plus, last year? I spent New Year's Eve in *bed*, literally, due to the nasty virus that hit the whole family- my cousin and I being hit just before the 31 *sigh*

Anyway, hope you'll have a nice and quiet New Year's Eve, then *g*

Oh, they told us we should have snow tonight! See us praying lol
