Confusingly, what you call turnips, we call swede and vice versa, but for the wee things you're talking about I've had them thinly sliced and cooked like boulangier potatoes (baked in stock and herbs) or sliced and cooked as the top of a cottage-ish pie fairly successfully. Either of those would freeze I'd think. No wonder the morrisons TGTG ratings are all over the place, huh! At least they gathered you some decent enough bits in the end.

Oh poor James, I hope he's starting to geel a bit better today <3
