It's so infuriating when parcels go missing like that. There's another road here that sounds a bit like mine, so I've had something delivered to them before, despite everything being marked clearly on the box. I'm glad you got yours back, but it's ridiculous that they want you to upload a photo, as opposed to them reading the house number!
