It's such a shame when the charity shops won't take books - they're such a good place for a book mooch and they don't take up such a lot of space for them, but I suppose they're heavy to shelve. I wonder if the bin routes them to the full on charity bookshops - there's an Oxfam one fairly near me that's EXCELLENT.
