turps | (no subject)

We took Corey to the doctors yesterday, after waiting well over an hour he was in less than five minutes and the doctor said he had a variation of flu and has to rest up, no running about and get plenty of sleep. Which is fine and all but man, I hate that he's missing school and it's his birthday on Fri and we're supposed to be going to the cinema with a few of his friends then on to Maccy Ds. So that's up in the air at the moment, I suppose we could go out next week when the schools are off for half term but he really wanted to celebrate on the actual day.

Anyway, so yesterday as he's supposed to be resting up we ended up playing Sims2, which yeah, we do anyway but work with me here. You all know I had the house of Kirkpatrick love in Sims1? Well I now have the house of Kirkpatrick love in Sims2, sadly my Chris sim is a squint and he looks like Chris sim as I had to do him myself. However, he did prompt this exchange with James.

J: *walks past the computer, stops and looks* That sim looks like him out of Nsync.
Me: Yeah, it's supposed to, I made him that way.
J: You're sad. *walks away*

So, Chris lives on his own because creating Sims takes time and I was annoyed anyway that he didn't look right. Though there is a Justin on the Sims Exchange, maybe I should just have a house of Timbertrick love? But I'm getting away from the story. Chris lives on his own and is a professional burglar at this moment, one day he met some neighbours, this guy called Edward and James ( from the first family we made with James, Corey and I in it ) at which point he fell in love with them both, even though James was married to me, the slut! I swear my mind was going overtime watching as Corey made them make out and woohoo and all that good stuff. However, sadly love triangles rarely work, especially when Chris got himself knocked up and no one knew who the dad was. At this point, pregnant and torn between two lovers he had to make a choice and asked Edward to move in with him and get married. Edward was overjoyed and said yes at which point James began making excuses not to come over anymore.

Chris was sad, he loved James and still phoned him each day, hoping he'd come round and say it doesn't matter. After all James was married too ( the slut ) but alas, it wasn't to be. Which is a shame as Edward isn't the catch Chris thought he'd be. When they were dating he loved to give backrubs and make out at any time. Now he's got a ring on his finger he ditches work and spends time just lazing around and to make things worse his best friend came over and they spent time together in the love tub as poor heavily pregnant Chris stood watching.

They tried to make things better by adopting a child, and there was much joy when they were approved. The baby arrived when Edward was at work, a gorgeous girl and Chris loved her from the first, feeding her and putting her in the crib. At which point he went into labour and had twins. I had no words, really. Edward went out of the house and there were no babies and he came back to three girls.

I don't hold up much hope for their relationship, I think someone needs to come rescue Chris and his girls ;) Sims man, it's like crack.

I've just read a post on friendsfriends that annoyed the hell out of me and I was debating ranting, but then I just saw that the infamous Justin/rape/chastity belt story has been found so I'll just sit here and wait to see which one of you joins that group first to get the goods. Hell, I may even join myself ;)

LMAO, I love your Sims talk. My sims aren't nearly as exciting as yours, though they have become somewhat homocidal lately. Locking visitors in rooms with no doors and waiting until they die. *shakes head* Some people's children

there is a way to turn off the aging!

ctrl+alt+c opens the cheat window, just check the Aging On/Off button and theywill live like the first Sims. Makes me wonder jsut how many kids you can get a Sim to have over time?

It wasn't the chastity belt bit that was the worst for me, in fact even the rape didn't squick me in any way. I read n/c stuff anyway, it was how Justin was 12 when the first rape was described.

I read and enjoy really dark stuff but when it comes to children, that's going too far.

But yeah, chastity belt!Lance could be good, I'm sure it's out there ;)

I started playing the Sims last year and then are comp died so every went with it. And I'm afraid to start it again...because it's so addicting and I already spend to much time on the computer. lol
