When I started in this fandom six and a half years ago, all I found was NSYNC. I didn't look for BSB, I'll admit, but for some reason there was just more 'SNYC being written. I didn't know at the time that there was supposed to be a rivalry, but I'm sure most other fans did, at least the ones young enough to be their target demographic.
