Oh wow. That would be an amazing story, and one I've never read or even thought about before. Because you're right. They would have been so different.

I'd love to read a story which has them learning to understand and appreciate each other despite and because of their differences, but slowly and perhaps somewhat unwillingly.

I swear, this post is making me want so many stories.
