I have some stuff I'm proud of (ETA: these are all original stories I'm talking about, because it's what's closest to my heart), and the first NaNovel I managed to finish is definitely part of that. As far as favorite paragraphs go, I have so many favorites (with over 300 characters, that can happen to you)! I finally settled on one, though, from a story still in progress called Fighting for a Chance:

On a beautiful day which offered a cloudless sky and temperatures well in the 80s, most people were outside with as little clothes on as possible. Jamie Ristau, however, was not like most people and spent the day indoors in his bed; the air condition turned to max and headphones blaring out My Chemical Romance covering his ears.
