Something else cool that happened yesterday was seeing a popslash big bang challenge grow in front of my eyes.

bubbleforest is organising it, and I shouldn't link yet because she's not done, but still.

Though the story that's in my head right now is MCR, a piece of ridiculousness spawned by one of

llamabitchyo's comments, and now I have almost a fully formed idea. At least, I have a formed middle part but no beginning or end. But still, they're not important, I can work around that.

I'm in a very MCR mood today, so I've been watching some favourite clips on Youtube, like

I have this whole elaborate world (but solely in my head) where Spencer joins the force and ends up somehow working a case with Greg as the CSI. In that world, Ryan is still Spencer's best friend and happens to be working at the lab as David Hodges' intern (can you imagine the dry humor, the banter? Because I so totally can), while Brendon's the very very gay and adorable lab receptionist. *nods* Jon Walker's this young detective who came from Chicago looking for sun and heat and who takes Spencer under his wing, trying to convince him to move on from being a uniformed cop. I've also filled the lab with many other people, like... there's still Grissom, because duh. And Nick, because I could NEVER get rid of Nick. Vicky T's the new girl, and wow, but she's cute. Nick can hardly contain himself, only she's also very good at ignoring flirting. She's a tough nut and all. Jon has his eyes on Spencer's partner, Greta, because wow, damn, but she looks good in a uniform. Also, she can kick anybody's ass while still looking all adorably girly, and that's a skill Jon admires. She tricks every single male she ever crosses path with into underestimating her, and it's left more than one of them nursing a painful case of blue balls/wounded male pride, or simply led more than a couple of them straight to jail, because criminals tend to go a little brain damaged when they are confronted with her.

And I could go on and on but... I actually have to meet up with my dad in a very short while so I guess I have to stop talking your ear off, now, lol. Sorry about the rambling! Tell me more about Spencer and Spencer? *puppy eyes*

Oh, wow! I love that universe hard core. Everyone fits so perfectly too, like they were made to be in that setting.
