It was foggy at the coast yesterday, so the planes were grounded. Which means James and Corey have gone to the air show again today, then they're off to the in laws for tea. I was asked but as I have no interest in planes at all I decided that staying at home is the place to be, me and the animals hanging out in the sunshine.

I was very productive yesterday. Stories written and plotted. ( There are now sex slaves in the space au. It's actually part of the plot and while those scenes won't be written, just told. Still, sex slaves. Awesome ) I was comment chatting to various people about the fic yesterday and describing this whole background that we won't see because the whole thing is told in Bob's POV, which means one thing. Coda time! The sex slave in chains coda. It will be awesome and I'll indulge my h/c junkie side and then my betas will look at me in horror until I tame things down. But sex slaves. In chains!

My inbox is now under 100 mails now too ( many of which are comments that need replies so it's not as bad as it seems ), which is still a lot, but there were a lot more yesterday morning. A lot more "" When things get meh, which they have been for the last few months, some things get lost and it's easier to laugh about pointless stuff and I hate thinking I'd be replying with nothing but mope mope mope whine whine whine. Which I know, friends are there for everything, but I need to remind myself of that often.

Still. Sunshine, online time, good music on the tv. Today is a good day. And for you people who like Gerard, this is an awesome report from Comic con with excellent pictures and also bonus Mikey, Alicia, Lyn-Z and Andy.

I get your attitude of not wanting to share the mehness. For me it isn't so much that I don't want to depend on other people as that the mehness robs me of words to share. There's just nothing to say.

But today is a good day! For me as well. I slept late, so I haven't started my edits yet, but I have high hopes I can do them well.

I did work in the sex slaves! There could be many codas! The sex slaves in chain coda. The populating new worlds coda. The dying on foreign soil coda. The forming of the resistance coda.

Yeah, sometimes there really isn't anything to say. I mean, it's easy to find the words on a shallow level, but sometimes they're just not there when it gets any deeper.

Still, yes. It's going to be great for both of us today. I know this.
