I've only ever had one tentacle prompt and chickened out of having tentacle sex by creating a tentacle monster to battle. I'm a wuss, because you're right, it's so difficult to write!

Good for double penetration I guess, and if the tentacled one is skilled they could sound at the same time with a mini tentacle.
