My ideal would be something like Making of Pop with the individual cameras. Frank filming someone in the bathroom, Ray capturing Gerard as he earnestly and at length talks about his concepts for the video, Mikey turning his cam around so there's close up shaky shots of his nose.

But as that's unlikely to happen I'll stick with lots of details about filming!

Oh my god, that would be AMAZING. They would be HOLY TERRORS if they all had handheld cameras. Now I want this! And ha, now I also want to rewatch the making of Pop. :P
