I'm looking at it and Gerard looks so clean and Mikey's showing so much skin and it's all so confusing!

But I'm going with your theory because if Gerard was wearing the shirt at the gaming thing surely he wouldn't have taken it off for this?

I don't think the background is Paris, anyway! It doesn't ring a bell AT ALL and I know the Paris "Chinatown" pretty well by now.
