MY FAVORITE PART OF THAT PICTURE IS THE FACT THAT MIKEY PROBABLY FOUND THAT SHIT SO HE COULD SHOW HIS SKELETON AND STILL MATCH GERARD'S NEW COLOR MOTIF.

it's so true! Gerard sees it and scowls a bit, because "Mikey, the Black Parade is Dead, remember? No more skeletons!" and Mikey's all "IT'S ORANGE AND BLUE AND RED. STFU." but of course he says it all :| and his voice isn't really shouting either, but the >:C is implied.
