GIP and post
It's *cold* today. James had to scrape ice from the car before school, first time this year.
Did have a nice mail from someone asking if they could promote my MX archive on the mailing lists. She didn't want to do it unless I said okay. It's awesome when you get mails like that. I'm extremely proud of my archive and I love doing it, but lets face it, you don't get much back in return. So knowing someone enjoys it so much they'll tell others is so gratifying. Especially as I've been such a slacker these last few months in keeping it updated.
I'm glad that today seems to be going better than yesterday did. I think my brain was fried then, I put James' wool trousers in the tumble dryer, so now they're small enough for Corey to wear, then nearly burnt the house down when I left a pan switched on after dinner. Luckily the smell of burning alerted me to that one. Had a visit from mam on the night, same old same old, you've all heard it before.

Also, I have a question. I was talking to ninjetti75 about Chris' birthday cake. he was asking what was in the top corner and I thought it said PoP. But after talking to him a bit more I'm not sure anymore. So anyone got any ideas?

Would this be a bad time to mention I also bear a slight resemblence to Forbes March? Maybe a cross between the two...
...too bad I got all the bad parts, lol. Actually, I apparently look a fair amount like a young John Malkovitch. I've had total strangers mention it to me at work while helping them or whatever... ..weird. Too bad my most prominent feature in common is THE RECEEDING HAIRLINE!!!

You're sounding better all the time! There's nothing wrong with receding hair either, James lost most of his years ago. He just shaves it off now.

I KNOW I've mentioned you're only a year older than me before, but that's okay. ^-^ I have a fairly eidetic memory, which is why I remember all your stories... ..but it's all rusty now, it only works on things I LIKE, not just any info I'm exposed to, so feel complimented anyway!
And, no, I'm afraid I won't be shaving my head. I was a longhair for a decade & a half, still would be if I hadn't had to cut it to get a new job this year. I like it too much; I may have to spend absurd amounts of money on doing something about it, but we'll just see.
Nope, no young young pup me, I'm an aged cat-boy who's burned through at LEAST six of my nine lives, lol.
