I have the eye twitches, in fact, have had so since yesterday. Hopefully it means the last nerves are reconnecting there and the last lingering effects from having Bells will be gone completely. Not that you can really tell unless I'm tired, then the eye on the bells side looks slightly bigger. So reconnect nerves, reconnect like the wind! Just don't bring the pain with it because I really don't want to do that again.

I've just been answering comments on the Mikey/Pete story I posted and a lot of them mentioned the OCs, especially one of them. That's a relief because writing OCs that move your plot along, read realistic and also sympathetic is hard. I've also been adding words to my BBB story. I have doubts if it'll be finished in time but I'm going to give it a try.

Also! I was just looking at the Get Mikey Laid comments and there's a prompt for Mikey/Ryan. I tell you, it's going to be the breakaway pairing of the year! Do not attempt to disillusion me, I know these things.

You know, I should go look at things that give me valid reasons for eye twitches. Hideously scarring manips here I come!

ETA: I really do love Mikey/Ryan. So tell me flist. What pairing do you love that no one writes?

Dude, I have an unholy love for Mikey/Ryan! It's my rare pairing that I'll cheer always. I often amuse myself thinking about Mikey and Ryan chatting about buying outfits for animals and sitting staring at people :D

Since there was a story posted about it yesterday I can't say that it's a pairing no one writes but I still wish there were more writers that took an interest in Gabe/Gerard. And there should totally be more Gerard/Patrick too. And Gerard/Pete. Or really, any pairing with Gerard that isn't Frank/Gerard!!

I really hope so. The whole twitching situation is pretty annoying right now but if it leads to a 100% recovery I'll deal.

I knew you'd mention Gerard/Gabe. It's surprising that it isn't more popular because it can easily be supported by canon. Gerard/Patrick too to a lesser extent. I guess they lose out due to being part of much more popular pairings.

I think I'll plant my flag in support of Gerard/Mikey/Pete. That would be delicious.

I'm conflicted on BBB. On one hand I have the good beginnings of the story and the rest of the fic plotted. On the other, time is running out really fast. I suspect I'll end up doing the same as you, but I'm not giving up yet.

I love Mikey/Ryan too! But you already know that (seeing as how it's your fault). Other pairings I love that should be written more include: Jon/Mikey, Jon/Pete, Ryan/Gerard, and my absolute favourite - Ryan/Tom.

You're convincing me on the Mikey/Ryan. Not enough to write it, because I don't write stuff, but enough to read it should it happen to fall my way.

I'm gonna say this is a rareparing as I've never seen it*, but what I really, really want right now is some good, long, plotty post-Summer-of-Like, preferably post-FOB ie set right now this second Mikey/Patrick. With, like, all the baggage that Pete would be for the both of them. And, because Mikey has always been kinda eclipsed by Gerard, and Patrick, who's the fucking lead singer, has always been kinda eclipsed by Pete, and now he's gone and slimmed down and is doing his solo thing and Mikey went and lost the glasses and is kinda more open now and gah I have no idea where I'm going with this. Just that it'd be hot. And angsty. With a side of more hot.

*Pls note: There could totally be a huge following for Mikey/Patrick and I wouldn't know because I've never looked for it. Also cause I'm kinda blind. And easily distracted by Mikey/Ray.

OMG! Your Mikey/Patrick idea is amazing. I especially like how Pete would complicate things, would he be jealous, approving, upset. The dynamics would be fascinating. Now all I can imagine is Pete walking in on a hot and heavy make out session and how he'd probably be all accepting on the surface but both Mikey and Patrick know him too well so they'd be trying to make sure he's okay but they're also rumpled and dishevelled and Pete would walk out and it would be deliciously angsty!

I think you've converted me to the idea of Mikey/Ryan. I seem to have a knack for enjoying rare pairings and trios but if I had to pick just one it would be Ray/Gabe without question although Mikey/Ray runs a close second.
Edit: I realize there's very little canon for Ray/Gabe but if we can get Carden/Jonas I'm not going to let a little thing like canon stop me *g* I'm a total sucker for Frank/Jamia/Brian or really Frank/Jamia/third party.

I can understand why Ray/Gabe would be a rare pairing. A very delicious one but understandable. But what makes me sad is that Mikey/Ray is so rare. It's such a fascinating pairing with so many possibilities.

I'm always astonished that Carden/Jonas took off as it did. It just shows that canon doesn't have to factor.

Frank/Jamia make a fantastic base for a trio, they're so solid but also appear game for taking in a third. Brian's a good choice for that.

There needs to be more FOB/The Used fic. I would love some Pete/Quinn, or Jepha/Patrick, or godforbid, Pete/Bert. :D

Jesse was kinda background, but that's still WAY more than almost anything else. ("Every Dog" is one of the weirder stories out there, but it's still Outlaws as a pairing that gives meaning to the plot, AND it's a classic. Go You. *g*)

Hmm, pairing... this goes back a bit but Sanzo/Gojyo from Saiyuki was never a popular pairing, but I loved them together :-)!

Back during the short period I was in Saiyuki fandom Sanzo/Gojyo was totally my favourite pairing!

They're still twitching, but not as much, thank goodness.

I have no idea who those people are, but if you loved them together they must have been awesome.
