You know someone goes out for "a run" and comes back all relax and with that extra bounce in their step, and Frank just shakes his head at them sadly and goes all "That's alright, no reason you guys shouldn't be having fun just because I can't, I guess you just don't love me as much as I love you, I WOULD NEVER BETRAY YOU LIKE THIS" even though HE WOULD, HE WOULD IN A SECOND! :D
