It did snow last night, but not much. It's also very sunny today so despite it being really cold, most of the snow has already melted, which is just fine by me. The cold but sunny day made for a nice walk to the post box, but I was still glad to be home and back in my Oodie afterwards.

I watched the latest The Last of Us episode last night and yeah, that was a powerful watch. I can't believe we're nearly at the last episode.

Earlier I read a post from

starwatcher about AO3 fic titles used as song lyrics and was intrigued. I'd never heard about that before, but apparently, it's a thing as there are quite a few on YouTube. As someone who often uses lyrics as titles, especially ones from FOB -- thank you, Pete -- and Feeder, I had to go look them up and had a delightful time checking out the results.

While I haven't seen any of my fics yet, there was one in Helena from Aka that was gifted to me which made me smile. So far my favourite has been Na Na Na. The musical insets are great, especially sick guitar solo, and I love all the different amounts of the Na Na Na title lyrics.

I had an early bath yesterday and while I was in someone rang the doorbell. By the time I'd got out they'd gone so I figured it must have been a cold caller, and got back into the bath. Read for a bit and wondered why the water had gone very milky and all the bubbles had gone. A bit later still and I wondered where my nearly new bar of Snow Fairy soap had gone.

I guess you can see where this is going. I must have knocked it into the water in my haste to get out and as the bar was a softer kind of soap it had totally dissolved.

On the plus side, I smelled delicious afterwards.

Oh, and when rooting around for something to watch I saw What We Do In the Shadows season four is on Disney+ I had no idea it was on there so know what I'll be watching tonight.

I'm glad the snow is gone! I love the sun on a cold day, though I also feel a little misled when I get out there and it's not 70 (F), lol!

Yay for smelling good, boo for losing an entire bar of soap.

The snow came back! But not much so it's easy to walk on. I know what you mean about sunny cold days though. It's sunny again today, and looking out of the window you'd think it was beautiful out there. But you get out and the wind cuts through you.

My poor soap. I curse that cold caller!

That's an excellent choice for the prompt. I hope people do lots of responses.

It must be weird to have on-and-off again snow like that. Here it all fell at once and stayed put. It's supposed to get warmer next week though so I guess it will all melt then. I hope your weather will also get warmer soon!

Stupid cold caller! Making you waste your new soap like that! How do Snow Fairies smell?

The snow has been so strange. For the last few days it fell heavily, and then because it was so cold at night, would lie. Then during the day when it was sunny and not snowing, it would melt. Then the cycle would start all over again. It's supposed to be 11 tomorrow, which is a huge difference to the minus temps we've had lately.

Well, snow fairies apparently smell very sugary and sweet, which actually got a little overwhelming with almost a full bar of soap dissolved in the water.

The finale of The Last Of Us had me in tears. I need to start playing the games again XD

It was so good!

I had no idea how they were going to tie things up in one episode, but they managed it.

Now I'm torn between reading game spoilers in terms of season two, or just waiting for what will no doubt be a very long time.
