Lying on your bed after taking Corey to bed when you're tired is a bad idea. A bad idea of the sort that makes you wake up three hours later just in time to get a drink and go back to bed. But the silver lining is I feel human again, I must have slipped back into term time again at last. I was about to ask James why he let me sleep except he was snoring on the couch, so that answered that question *g*

Just been reading my mail and have got one of the beta's back on the Choey. bachelor_girl did a great job, catching the mistakes. I think that beta readers are so awesome. They get none of the credit for a story yet do so much work. I don't feel comfortable posting now without a beta. I know that I can write, and love words, it's just sometimes I can't construct those words correctly. And lets not start with how they change tenses on me.

I feel like bashing my head against a wall sometimes when tenses come up. It's such a simple thing but something that I still haven't learned to do correctly. Which is why my betas are invaluable, every single one of them.

I'm stunned.

This is probably old news by now, but a NSync het writer auctioned a CD of their stories on E-Bay and the bid went to $265.

They auctioned fanfic on e-bay. I have no words. I don't agree with zines being sold on e-bay never mind a cd of fanfic from someone's site. Someone is setting herself up for a C&D order.

Then there's the whole thing about writing fanfic for profit, that's just insane.
