Bandomstuffsit sign up posts went up today. I'm the happiest! It's not the holiday season without an exchange fic to worry about.

No doubt my sign up sheet will be exactly the same as last year. Now all I need to do is actually sign up.

I'm really enjoying all the pictures that are coming out from Morrisoncon. Gerard looks great, scruffy sure, but healthy and happy, and I've spent a happy morning talking to various people about Mikey coming back from vacation, but instead of going home goes straight to Gerard. Then hugs happen, lots of them, because hugs are awesome.

Which I'm not signing up for as I'm not actually crafty, but if you are you should go check it out and join as it looks great.

Real life wise. Corey got accepted for his travel grant for college which is really good news. Now we're just waiting for the money to hit his bank account and he can start paying his own way to college. Also, our heating is fixed. In the end it turned out the boiler was fine but the control panel was broken so now we've got a temporary one until we can afford the kind where you can set the heating to go on and off during the day/night. The one we have now is manual but I don't care when we have heat.

And to show what a sad, sad person I am. I've fallen in love with my new power mop. You push a button and it squirts the liquid out of the front. Gadgets man, they help make the tedious jobs that little bit better.

I knew this would go live just after I posted. Go. Prompt. Fill prompts because hugs are amazing!

Gerard is looking adorable in his shaggy hair and feeble beard scruff. I don't know what I think of Mikey's hair though. It's strangely reminiscent of early Mikey.

I still haven't signed. Though I just checked the post and have until the 12th so I'll wait until tomorrow now.

Gerard looks really casual, like he's kicking back. I like it. I like Mikey's do, too. Which yeah, does look like early Mikey. Though of course people on tumblr are going on disgracefully that he has a tan.

I do! Of course it's not cold enough to use it now but at least it's there for when needed.

Don't worry, I am a sad, sad person, too. New kitchen gadgets make me very happy. It's possible that I giggled in delight when I discovered that a garlic peeler actually works.

I love kitchen gadgets! What I want now is a pineapple peeler/corer. I mean, sure, I can do it with a knife but the gadget looks so much easier.
