There needs to be Gerard and Mikey fic about this show and the outfits Mikey is wearing. Either gen with Gerard being so proud of Mikey, or some delicious role play involving Mikey's thrash band outfit, or that lycra suit. That would be fun.

So many great BBB stories have been posted, and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in and reading them. I'm very happy with the comments I'm getting for mine. For the longest time I didn't think injured Pete and the hot nurse Mikey who loves him would ever get finished, but it did and people are reading, so \o/

It's Camp Sparkle this week. So many of my friends are in the country, friends I haven't seen in far too long, but I wasn't able to attend and see them :( From twitter conversations a lot of cake eating and travelling around Brighton is going on, and knowing Camp, a hell of a lot of drinking Coke. I did laugh earlier as one picture had the title Painted Ponies and a Big Cock, and I instantly thought of Ryan in last year's bbb.

In the last few weeks I read all the Percy Jackson books, and have now started on the next set, where it's the same universe but different main characters. I'm not sure if I like them as much yet. I'm not even sure why. Everything is there I liked about the first books, but somehow they're not sitting as well. Maybe it's just getting used to the new characters? I don't know, I'm going to keep reading, though.

Probably because of the photo, I keep thinking about fisting fic.

Something where Gerard's been watching Mikey film the scenes where he's in his band clothes -- I'd also read the hell out of the lycra outfit complete with lots of slip sliding around, but that's not what I'm thinking about at the moment -- and he's so incredibly proud of him. Because, that's Mikey up there taking centre stage and he looks great -- even the hair -- and after, when the cameras have stopped rolling and no one is around, Gerard pulls Mikey in for a kiss.

And then back to their hotel room and Mikey's saying he should get changed, but Gerard tells him no, stay as he is, and then there'd be this whole scene of Gerard worshipping Mikey's body via touch, taking in every thing about him, slowing taking off his clothes and breaking down his hair by holding onto it and it would be slow and Gerard would just keep talking about how proud he is, and anyway, it could end up with fisting. The contrast of slow and careful against fast and frantic from earlier that day.

The pic is pretty hot, yes. Even his Jedward (sp?) hair isn't enough to distract me from getting all shiver-y whenever I look at this photo. LOL.

You know, Mikeyway's look in this episode (pre-conversion to the Anti-bats) is like an alternate version of the one he wore in the Desolation Row video.

I don't know why the author decided he needed new characters. Sure, the big arc of the first books was over, but start something else. Don't decide to shove in three new characters that seemingly no one likes.

I stopped reading PJ after the first book I just couldn't get into it. though I tend to like same universe different characters type things.

We're having quite fun in Brighton. It's nice to be staying right in the middle of everything. It's less than five minutes to the beach and the Pier and we have a Morrisons up the street and a Sainsbury on the next street. (Which is lucky because the fridge is miniscule!) This morning I went wading in the surf and this afternoon pensnest and ephemera and I went bead shopping. It's a gloriously sunny day!
