Mam still in hospital. They're messing with her meds so she's zonked out often. Still can't walk far at all and has been told at the moment she can't come home to live alone, it would be long term hospital or assisted living. We'd already been sorting out a swap to a bungalow for her so now have changed direction slightly and are looking at one in an assisted living complex. It would be perfect for her, independence but someone there if needed. Now to just get it sorted out, which I suspect will take a while.

Corey enjoyed his time away last week and on Monday went off to Sunderland university to live like a student for five days. They're doing charity/volunteer work during the day and going out at night, so no doubt he'll be enjoying that.

Last week we took nanna for her long overdue birthday lunch out. We went to our usual ocean side restaurant and it was a lovely time with her. We ate, sat by the beach, drove along the coast, took her shopping, back to hers for a while before heading off to see mam.

Project Runway is back! And it has one of the most annoying contestants ever. But I've enjoyed the episodes that have been on already

Mikey is tweeting about his new band. No name yet, but there is a photo so it is actually happening.

He's been talking on twitter a lot recently, and it amazes me how many people get annoyed when he states he doesn't actually like unicorns and the jokes get old. Also how many people completely ignore the fact he referred to Sarah as his fiancé in a really recent tweet. I guess that way they can continue to freak out about his supposed secret marriage and baby.

The Last Leg is also back. It's one of my favourite shows and last week they were talking about twitter trolls. I was reminded of that when twitter and tumblr hate against Mikey and Sarah exploded yet again because of those stupid symbol/icon things. Adam has this whole section about twitter hate and trolls, which if you're interested, is here from about 8:30 onwards, but to sum up this is what he says about @ messaging strangers If you're tweeting threats to people you don't know you're being a dick., and I agree. Totally. Not just about Mikey and Sarah, but anyone, no matter if they're in the public eye or not.

I'm going nowhere today so am going to attempt some catching up and bbb writing. I should tidy the tip as well, I guess.

Argh, the situation with your mam seems to be very frustrating. I hope she can leave the hospital soon.

And the entitlement that some "fans" display online is incredibly off-putting. Seeing such things is definitely a downside of being in an RPF-fandom.

Frustrating is the perfect word. Not helped last Friday when an idiot doctor said she could go home after looking at one blood pressure result. Of course no way could she actually do so, but by that point she'd packed her case and cancelled her tv and got really down when her actual doctor said no way.

Oh, I totally agree. We're so incredibly lucky that any of them actually interact with fans on platforms like twitter. It would be so easy to stay away, and to be honest, if I was them I'd have given up a long time ago. I look at some of the @ messages and cringe. It's a downside for sure.

I hope the situation with your mam will get sorted out. <333 An assisted living complex seems really nice, actually, for people who can still sort of manage but not completely. I'm not sure if we have those here.

The Mikey shit was so awful. I went on a blocking spree on tumblr. I love that he said that he still plays bass EVERY DAY. And that picture, of course, was so great, argggh. :333

Also saying his favourite animal is shar pei! PIGLET. Oh my god, I googled "shar pei Mikey Way" and ended up on a page for Miniature Shar Pei and UNDER "FAMOUS DOGS" it says "Mikey Way, the bassist of the rock band My Chemical Romance has a Miniature Shar Pei named "Piglet Tree"." and that's the only entry under Famous Dogs. Oh my god, lolllll. That's adorable.

The assisted living complex we've been looking at is fantastic. It has a central building with apartments in, complete with a community restaurant and hairdressers, and is surrounded by bungalows. It's independant living but with 24/7 help within a moments notice if needed. Now we just have to get her a place.

It was awful and the amount of venom some people have toward him and Sarah amazes me. But yes, daily bass playing and his new band soon!

Piglet. Bless her little wrinkly face. I do hope he still gets to see her sometimes. Maybe swap Bunny and Piglet for a week or so.

I just caught up with Project Runway the other day! SOOOOO many annoying people!! But it's good fun. (Are they ever going to work with actual fabric? Stay tuned to find out! lol)

The situation with mam is frustrating. At least now she realises she needs the help, so that's one less negative to deal with.

It's like they've gathered the most annoying designers possible and shoved them in one room this season. It makes for good tv, though. But, actual fabric? Who needs that when you can use plushies and parachutes *g*

I'm having such a hard time with band guys and Twitter these days. I'm doing meds-changeup and so EVERYTHING makes me cry, but a lot of the Twitter stuff is making me cry REALLY HARD because it's so mean and over the top and... I can't.

Not only are you a dick, you're actually a criminal! Tweeting to someone is exactly the same as saying it to them and threating people is illegal. I will never stop being amazed at the way people just doesn't seem to grasp this simple fact!

I'd been toying with the thought of getting a Twitter account since I keep forgetting to check the band guys, but hearing things like this doesn't exactly make me eager to.

I've just been talking on the phone to mam. While she's feeling a little better herself they keep putting withdrawing alcoholics on her ward. She'll have been in two weeks tomorrow and this is the second one that's shouted all night and threatened violence to a young girl who's also been in the ward all that time. That's all kinds of wrong. They moved the last one to a side ward, hopefully this one goes too soon.

I'm sure Corey is having a blast. Not that he's telling us so.

Well, you could just get an account and lurk without checking what people are saying in reply or directing at them. That way you'll get to see what they're saying without seeing the idiots. I don't know if it's the same the world over, but here people have been prosecuted for threatening people over twitter. Something I'm glad about.

When I remember to check their twitters I always only read their tweets, never replies or @s. It's bad enough to hear about it from my reading list, actually reading them would probably make my head explode!

I've no idea if it's happend in Sweden yet. I don't think so, but it's probably high time it did.

Trolls, and people's entitlement are so off-putting. Glee is full of them too, and I just want to roll my eyes so hard they roll right out of my head. I also hate how people pit one person against another as if what Mikey does (or Darren Criss does) is any relation to what Gerard does (or Chris Colfer does). Get over it already.

Trolls and entitlement are so annoying. What gets me is that most of the time what they get angry at makes no sense. Like some people were angry at Sarah tweeting support to Mikey about Piglet, and of course she's going to. I'd have hated to be in the Glee fandom recently as I'm sure the stupidity about Cory has been raging.
