I've just had the pleasure of reading the story I received for bandom_holidays. It is amazing and so tailored to what I love the most that I spent the whole time reading and flailing happily.

If you read the summary and thought you wouldn't be interested in a story about the aftermath about Mikey being kidnapped, please consider changing your mind. It's so much more than that. It's about the Way bros and how they love each other always but sometimes can still hurt each other. About the end of Mikey's marriage and the band and how Pete's friendship is a constant, solid thing. About how it's possible to fuck up and do fucked up things but that doesn't make you a bad person. It's just. I can't describe how much I love this story. It's like someone looked into my head and took out the story I always wanted to read.

Ahahahaha. I wasn't, but do think you should check it out. While there are descriptions of injuries it's nothing too graphic, and the parts with Pete are amazing.
