A lot of fantastic people were born this week, so very happy birthday to solariana. I hope you're having a good day, and you get some excellent kitty cuddles.

The social worker was supposed to be here today but phoned to cancel the exact time she was supposed to arrive. So, I have a gleaming house and no one to check it yet again.

She says she's coming on Wednesday instead, but I guess we'll see.

On the bright side, all you'll have to do is just do some minor cleaning to keep things tidy? \o?

She phoned literally the time she was supposed to be knocking at our door. Not that I can blame her too much as she'd just come out of court, so it wasn't like she could have cancelled earlier.

That's very true. Plus, it's always lovely to get up in the mornings and everything is done.

It's never looked so clean and tidy. Then no doubt after the meeting it'll go back to chaos *g*

How very vexing! Now you have to do all that cleaning and tidying again next week. (Which is why I hate cleaning - it doesn't last!!)

Then she was supposed to come yesterday, but it's been pushed back to next Wednesday as the fostering team wasn't available.

While I understand that they're busy and we're low priority, it does get frustrating.
