Jan. 17th, 2020 05:31 pmThis may be a longshot, but the doctor has recommended that James try some mindfulness apps, and as first-hand experience is always best, I was wondering if anyone uses/used them? He's willing to pay for a download as long as it's not too much.
I didn't sleep well last night, so I think snowflake will wait until tomorrow, plus that will give me time to think about my answer. Well, think about my answer or sit mindlessly watching tv while dozing on the couch. To be honest, either could happen right now.
