(no subject)

How is it when anything goes missing in the house it's my fault, and the immediate assumption is I put it into the bin? James and I ended with one of those arguments where such inane things as 'well if you put it away it wouldn't be lost' and 'you always put important things in the bin' were shouted at length. Also, is it just me or does anyone else hate when someone supposedly copies how you sound and parrots back what you say? My voice is higher than James' but I don't sound like a cat on helium. So yeah, fun times. Which blew over as quickly as they came. *g*

I was talking to Mouse about this last night, but just now there's going to be a gay kiss on one our oldest soap operas. Coronation Street is an institution in the UK and two of the characters are going to kiss, well not even kiss, Todd is going to kiss Nicky, I'm not sure if he responds. The thing is there's such a fuss about it, pictures in the national press this morning and everything. Not bad press as such but I'm just sitting waiting for the first letter of complaint.

The photos were also in a magazine that I buy, along with some other photos that were disturbing in a strange way. It seems Geri Haliwell ( Ginger Spice) is dating Jerry O'Connell. Ginger Spice is dating Quinn Mallory, too funny. I hope they'll be happy but considering what a publicity seeker she is I doubt it.

I like Jerry a lot, and I adored Quinn in Sliders. Funnily enough Sliders is one of the shows I could never find any slash for. I would have thought there'd be some nice incest between him and Colin, or Quinn/Professor Arturo, but nope, never found one story, which was such a shame.
