Oct. 19th, 2003 11:09 amThe germs claimed another victim yesterday when Corey was ill. He spent the day on the couch, and of course I had to stay with him. There was a SpongeBob Square Pants marathon on Toon Disney. We watched it *all* day, I'm not kidding either, i think it must have ended at about 10 hours worth of SpongeBob, which I know is a lot of tv, but when he's ill the tv rules go out the window.
Luckily I had some distractions. I used the laptop to watch some of my *NSYNC dvd's.I *loved* the two from Much Music, Rick is so good and the chemistry between him and Chris -- WOW! I'll probably have more to say about that later when I can watch without distraction.
Also had a phone call from Jill that lasted over an hour. Of course she phoned to say her car had been stolen and one one of her relatives had died which was a bummer but we were laughing by the end. Just reminiscing really and getting insulted by her ( and her dad in the background) the way that only friends that have known each other for over 20 years know how to do. Her dad used to have a small farm and we were remembering how we used to go potato and turnip picking and made hay bails. Of course the biggest laugh was remembering how I fell off the hay trailer once. I was helping unload bails and forgot that when the last one was unloaded the trailer would tip over where I was standing, lets just say I was catapulted off and leave it at that *g*
Now, off to the flist I go, hopefully more Chris pics have been released.
