Jan. 10th, 2005 03:28 pmThe tea party yesterday was pretty much a bust. I didn't want to be there, didn't feel well, as usual they were all so damn noisy which drives me insane when I'm not in the mood and I ended up being rude to someone who didn't deserve it at all. She just picked a really bad time to ask if I wanted to go to her hen party, normally I'd make excuses but yesterday I flat out said no because I wanted to leave so badly. I'll have to apologise next time I see her because I really feel bad about it. Then to top it off when I went to bed a drawing pin had been left point side up on the landing and guess who stood on it? Yes that would be me, with the same foot that got jabbed with the nail. Pulling that thing free was not nice as I bled all over again
At least the fence is fixed now. The FiL did his magic and it's now standing again and hopefully will stay that way. One nice thing when they went around the side of the house they found someone had already propped our fence up. We've no idea who did it but by doing that they stopped a total collapse which is good. I'd much rather people did nice things like that instead of keep reporting us for having a noisy dog.

seiyaharris is evil because she reminded me of the Highlander DVDs and I want them so badly. I'll have to put them on the list of things I want in the future as sadly the roof needs fixed first then Corey's birthday needs sorting out. A good thing is the new DVD player plays the Nsyncland dvds. The old one wouldn't play them at all but this one takes them with ease so I see a future including a hot orange drink and the dvd player very soon. Not yet though as it's Corey's cubs night and James is on late shifts so we have to walk it.
Before I go. GIP. I have to admit that JC's long straight hair is my favourite look for him, and after comment chatting to
madame_d she made me make an icon featuring it ;)
