I've finally finished my wtf tentacle story. I was impatient because I have such clear ideas for the mpreg, but to get to that I needed the tentacles out of the way. It's not the strongest part of them I've done so far, but I'm hoping by the time it's had beta magic it'll be readable at least. And now a day later than when I wrote this, I have the tentacle betas back. Man, I love my betas, some of the things they say crack me up.

Tentacles, I swear. They're fun but a bitch to write. The problem was I've seen too many yaoi tentacle sex pictures. As pretty as the image of them all tied up and being violated by tentacles is, it's something I couldn't write. Normal sex is bad enough. So I've had half a tentacle story for ages, though once I'd finished I realised what I should have done was have them come through the door with tentacles attached to their bodies. Justin could have one between his eyebrows, Chris curling from the top of his ass. JC would have one on each palm, Joey one coming from his belly button and Lance one from his groin. Then they could all have mass tentacle stroking sessions, a writhing mass of hands and arms and tentacles. But, I didn't have that at all. Oh well.

We had to go grocery shopping yesterday, doing so I managed to slice my finger on a cardboard tray holding soup tins. How I managed that I don't know, but it's on an annoying place, right along the knuckle of my right index finger. James told me I should have filed an accident report, but man, not doing that just for cutting my finger.

I was also playing my legacy sim house yesterday. I'd just got the founder his lifetime want, he had every skill bar filled, then I left him to watch another character. This other one is a pleasure sim, so all he wants is sex, and lots of it. I was watching him having sex in the photobooth when I realised one of the icons of family members had gone. My founding father had died while I was watching this other sim. I missed it all! All I was left with was a platinum grave next to his favourite chair next to the pool. Then, within seconds, the guys partner, and they'd been together for ever and had 6 children together, rolled a want for a new love. His old love hadn't been dead a day. I swear, Sims are callous things at times.

In other rl news. It looks like the IVA is up and running. Financial wise, the last few weeks have been rough. Camp Sparkle came at the perfect time, because it's so much easier to concentrate on the fannish and the happy than think that you're on the verge of losing everything. But now, it looks like things could be getting sorted, with the best thing of all, when people phone wanting money all we do is pass them onto this company, and they'll deal with it. Five years and we should be debt free. I can't even begin to say how much of a relief that is.

To end on a happy note. The happyfic challenge is happening and vaudevilles and me are plotting! Happyfic! That has to be a yay!

It's such a lazy Sunday afternoon right now. Corey is out with his friend, James is asleep on the couch, and I'm poking at tentacle fic and reading My Chemical Romance slash. The clocks going forward has also thrown me, because I've lost an hour, and that's wrong.

Someone needs to entertain me. Preferably by writing some new Chris fic. I need new Chris fic. Need it. I think you all need to write me some, I'll take anything, even a drabble. Or tell me your favourite stories, I like knowing stuff like that.

Or I may create a popslash friending meme. The Supernatural fandom has one going right now, and I feel we should have another one too. More pop people to stalk is always fun.

Gah, I'm going to go search google. Maybe find that trickc epic that's been hiding from me.
