Some of you will know that I co mod sentinel_thurs with castalie. The Sentinel was the first fandom I wrote in, and while popslash is my main fandom now, I still love The Sentinel a lot. I also love our community a lot. This week we issued the 200th challenge and that still makes me think, whoa!

Sentinel Thursday was the first Sentinel community on LJ. At the time there was a big anti LJ feeling in TS fandom, but we created the community anyway, and since then we've had thousands of stories posted. From drabbles to epics written over continuous challenges. I'm proud of our community, and invite you to check out some of the stories.

The challenge this week was 200, and there's been some great double drabbles posted. Both Mouse and I have posted one and so have many other talented Sen fans. So if you also think Jim and Blair are the most canon uncanon couple on tv. Go and check it out.

August 4th is Bassez day and joshysleo has issued a challenge over at bassez_day. It looks like fun, so you should go and see. I don't think I've actually written Bassez, and I still might not. But you should.

What I have written is more cheerleader!sync today. It's fun playing in that verse. They're fun, when they're not getting called names and hit by balls. Not that I'm actually writing that story. Nope, not at all.

The promo for ManBand gives me glee! I may explode with happiness when it actually comes on air.

Which is a good place to end I feel. I think I'm going to have an early night.
