Halloween is a holiday that really isn't that big here. People carve pumpkins and the shops get decorated but it's really not an event like it is elsewhere. If we do get trick or treaters they tend to be pre-teens or teenagers in masks who hold out their hands expecting money when you answer the door.

But, I do enjoy reading about people's Halloween plans. The costumes they're going to wear and what they'll do. Which is why when I saw this meme I thought I'd take part in my own cyber way.

Please feel free to put this up in your LJ to invite trick or treaters to your own door! Treats can be anything that strikes your fancy (pics of fave actors or band/popboys or girls, one sentence fics, a few words why you're glad to have them on your flist, etc. etc.)

My own addition. Tell me what costume you're wearing, and if you're not going to wear one. Make one up. I want to know what you guys are dressed up as when you knock at my cyber door.
