Nanna turns 91 today. Because James is at work we went up early and spent some time with her. Just talking while she pottered around finishing the home made sausage rolls she always makes for my dad and uncle on a Sunday. &nanna;

Happy birthday, Nanna, may you always slip me money for new knickers, think that I need my hand held to cross the road and remain the most amazing, sometimes frustrating, but always the best and most loving nanna in the world ♥

Also, happy birthday to perspexsea I don't know if you're around just now, but wherever you are, I hope you're having a great day ♥

krisipanics is just lovely and concert called me from the MCR show last night. She asked what song I'd like and as I have an unholy love for The Kids From Yesterday I asked for that and she phoned and just. So much love for her and that song and them and I will see them next week!

Also, and this is just as amazing and nerve racking because I am the most socially awkward ever I get to see themoononastick \o/.

Talking of which, last week I shoved a gdocs link for my random_bandom at themoononastick and demanded she read it, because omg. It's pretty different to what I usually write -- and yes, I'll get in before anyone else and say that means no one gets hurt or knocked over by a bus or otherwise traumatised *g* My point being, first draft is damn close to being done and challenge one for the year will be completed on time.

Okay, I'm off to make fruit salad for dinner right now, but in conclusion. ( I love this band )
