30 Days of Fanfic Day 6
Jun. 28th, 2011 09:06 pmToday my session saver failed and despite trying all my usual tricks to get it back, it failed in such a way that all it was bringing back was blank tabs. All my tabs. Gone D:
It's so weird, I have less than half a bar of tabs -- the ones I remember and use all the time -- and I'm used to 3 lines of them, often going up to 4. There's all this space on my screen and it's so wrong. All my tabbed stories to read, my BBB masterlistfrom 2009. All gone!
Then when I was adding an album to my playlist I somehow managed to add a big chunk of my music collection. My playlist is now over 8000 songs long, which admittedly does lead to surprises as I have it on random. I mean, Darius, when did I download his songs?
We desperately need to go grocery shopping later, right now we're at the stage of using those tins and jars that have been stuck in the back of the fridge/cupboard forever. Often for good reason. At this rate the only things left will be the tinned hot dogs, those things will be there until the end of time. ETA: It's now hours after I started this post and food has been bought, Subway eaten for tea and all is right in the world.
Today Corey's gone to check out a college. He's still got one year of school left, but even so. Checking out colleges. Way to make me feel ancient.
Also, all my tabs are in the wrong place now >:(

6 – When you write, do you prefer writing male or female characters?
Male, but only because that's usually who I get ideas for. But that's very much a short simplistic answer and doesn't mean I dislike writing female characters at all.

And now I'm going to have a really early night because I'm about asleep at my desk. Then in the morning the new Cobra video will hopefully be somewhere I can actually see it.
