Feb. 4th, 2012 02:35 pmMy plan for today is to get my no tags story finished so I can send it to beta tomorrow. It's about half done so I'm on track with that, if I stop reading random fic and watching the snow fall out of the window, anyway.
Claiming time was insane, especially so as I was on twitter at the same time, so everyone waiting on there too amped up the need to GO GO GO! when the prompts were revealed. I got one I like a lot, and suspect my own prompt was made within seconds.
I also got my random bandom assignments the same day. I'd picked Mikey to write and was assigned Ryan, Gabe, Ryland, Vicky T and Mikey. All options that delighted me. I was temped to go for the Mikey/Ryan, just because I could, but time is an issue so I'm going for some Mikey/Mikey, which hopefully will result in a quick pwp.
Corey goes to Paris on Wednesday, so it was the meeting for that at the school on Tuesday gone. James was at work so I had to walk there, and found out that the niggle in my foot really was the start of plantar fasciitis again. By the time I was walking back every step felt like a knife in my foot. Thankfully, days resting when I can and ibuprofen has meant it's eased a lot. Not that I was impressed it came back in the first place, it's been years since the last time.
Other than that little is going on. I did have one of those weird could be reality dreams where I was discussing Hustle slash with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
themoononastick, which I was just reminded of because it started with us talking about Jon and Cassie's tumblr, something I've just been twitter talking to her about. Is anyone else reading that? I think it's lovely, especially how it's so pet focussed.
I also love these two gifs, which I'd upload to my Photobucket except it's exceeded its bandwidth. Every time I see the 'look who's popular' note where my journal headers are supposed to be I curse PB. Screw your look who's popular, give me my pics!
I think I may have to suck it up and just go pro there, that are renew my extra LJ icons, and then all will be pretty again.
Right, coffee, more writing, keeping a watch to see if Frank tweets again. I can do that.
