What I found out yesterday? I get annoyed when someone disses one of my fandoms, even in the slightest way. Especially when it's a small one, I become all protective and growley. Also, I went to my Greatest Journal for the first time in months and found out that I'd been friended by a prayer circle and this guy who only has me as a friend and his user info says IM A BIG HORNY BASTARD AND THATS ALL U NEED TO KNOW!!. However, he's never updated so I'll never know if he is or not *g*

Today I've sat and watched the Chris mpgs far too many times and still have to sigh and melt each time. Also, there's a Nick ficathon. Nick! Damn. I don't need to know this, especially as I looked at the requests and only one person has asked for something that I'd love to write. Chris/Nick...sigh. So this is me putting my foot down, no ficathon for me. I need to write my 100 Ways. I have things I want to write, not things I'm assigned to write.

Talking of which, I hear Word shouting my name. But first, It's a GIP, and yeah, this will be weconned to death but I don't care. It's Chris! Thanks go to alittleblue who has the most gorgrous picture up. As does hammerhead22, so much Chris love :)

And I know what you mean about the ficathon and the requests that don't really appeal to you at once. When I cruised the different requests at the J/D ficathon, I realized 95% of them were asking *not* to get or write something dark or BDSM-ey. Damn, this fandom sure needs more kinky people in it *pout*

Of course, it could also mean that, being willing to write this kind of stories myself, there was a chance I got one of the few dark and BDSM assignments of the lot- but being sick and all just took the fun out of the thing, so I won't join apparently *shrug*

Be strong re: those ficathons!! There's also a old school Buffy/Angel ficathon going on, where all stories must be set in the first 3 seasons of the shows, and I literally had all the info filled out before coming to my senses and clicking away. *grrr* Temptation . . .

It was. It was a tiny thing and not worth getting worked up about, but MX is so small and I know the show's not that good but when the whole fandom is written off with one word I get all, grrrrrrr.

Yeah, your reasons for the ficathon are why I've passed this Nick one up. I love him, but only with certain people. Then most requests were all, I want happy endings, which is fine, but I want someone to request something different you know? Even then I'd probably not be assigned it *g*

So no. I've decided even though I like challenges I'm sticking to SeSa which I have to do, and ones where I can mold the story myself.
