Second mother's day without mam, and I couldn't go see Corey. It's the first time in 24 years I haven't seen him on mother's day, and while it's not a huge big deal as we've just had a nice long chat on the phone and I do completely understand why it had to be that way, it's still a little sad.

So I've spent my mother's day mopping the floors and hoovering and cleaning the white panels under the windows with the pink stuff, which really is a miracle cleaner., washed and dried a load of bedding on the line. Then I had a few hours playing Sims where they had a much more exciting day than mine.
