Feb. 18th, 2021 02:26 pmMy left ear is burning right now after constant calls from people lasting over three hours.
Pauline phoned, then Kayleigh, then auntie Irene, while talking to her Corey tried to get through, while talking to him James tried to get through. It was lovely to talk to them all but it's a shame they weren't spaced out through the day. I've also been talking to my brother via text message so it's been a social day so far.
Thank you to the people who sent birthday emails and DMs. Also, thank you again
sperrywink for my deer and
turlough for the splendid penguin hat that matches the mittens and scarf I received in previous years. You're so talented and I do love the colours and pattern a lot. You can see that, sort of anyway, here and man, I so need to get my lashes dyed again soon.
I've always liked the idea of an Oodie but they cost too much, so James bought me a cheaper version which is so warm and cosy. You can sort of see that in the photo too. It's soft with fleece inside and a pocket pouch and I may never take it off again.
James was phoning to ask if I wanted takeaway for tea but I haven't decided yet. Right now nothing is yelling out, eat me, but I'll see how I feel in a few hours. Though, I could drink an oat and hazelnut latte plus from Costa. I'm sure he won't mind a coffee for tea *g*
