We went to the beach first thing this morning for a walk and saw the below sign had been put up since the last time we were there.



I'd also posted a photo of James on the beach in the same post and my brother sent me a direct message that included James holding a badly drawn chainsaw. ( behind here )

But yes, if you're planning a visit to Roker beach please remember to leave your chainsaw at home.

I also saw today that in a few months, Tim Hortons are opening two venues within easy driving distance to where I live, one right next to the Asda I shop at. I've only heard of the place via TV and flist friends but am always up for checking out a new coffee place.
