It was the monthly weight in today, and man, the fear when I have to actually step on the scales never gets any less. The lady I see is really understanding and that helps, but every damn time I'm convinced I'll have gained. However, I'd dropped 6kg/13 pounds so yeah. I was pleased. How I'd done that I don't know as exercise wise this month was a bust with hurting my foot but apparently I'd done something right.
I was in and out of that appointment before 9 then it was off to pay bills, get Corey a haircut, to the doctors to see the nurse, off to pay more bills then food shopping. I've got the groceries put away and am waiting for the freezer stuff to be delivered then I'm going to crash and do nothing for the rest of the night. Well nothing productive anyway *g*

As for the letters, they totally are magnet letters, but magnet letters posted on a website you and 14 other people can play with. It's fun, and amazing how many slashers end up on there *g*

It really really is. And if you stop and think that "hey, I didn't get nearly as much exercise as I think I should have this month..." well, maybe you didn't with your foot and all, but that just means that next month you'll lose even MORE, right???

I will keep flexing the toes, I hate how they feel right now but like I said above they're improving all the time.
You're the best too, because the support you give is incredible. You rock!
