popfic_secrets. It's a postcard comm for the sparkly fandom, about the fictional sparkly boys.. There's been some cool cards posted already, so go, have a look.
I had the SiL and BiL over yesterday. It's a complicated story about them needing to use my debit card to keep renting their hire car, but in the end, they couldn't even do that. So there was a lot of phoning and checking the internet as they tried to sort things out. I did laugh when they first came in. The SiL asked if she could go online, so I said yeah. Then noticed she was scanning a story I'd left up. It looks like Fall Out Boy slash interested her *g*
Talking of which, and for those that know such things. I've been reading some MCR and FOB stuff lately, but where's the variety? I mean, the stuff I'm reading is very good, but there's no extremes. No kink or dark stuff, no travelling on the buses/vans, no h/c. Of course it's very likely that I'm just not looking in the right places, so, if you know, links please. Or it might not exist which would make me sad.
Earlier I stumbled across some spoilers for the season end of CSI that made me very unhappy, as opposed to the spoilers I saw for Doctor Who, which made me very happy indeed. New Who tonight! YAY!
I think I'll persuade James to take us to the beach when he's finished work. It's a lovely day and a walk along the coast will hit the spot perfectly. Until then, I'm going to add more to my sparkly!cheerleaders commentfic. There may be remix and other stuff I should be doing. But cheerleaders! And spanky pants! I don't know, man. One minute I had nothing, the next nearly 1500 words.
