I've had the pleasure of reading two new trickc stories today. Both of them gave me a warm glow of happiness and I recommend them both.

I've been working on Bob in SPAAAAAAACE today, and have been gently, and not so gently steered away from writing Mikey being used as a sex slave. I tell you, it's not like tentacles were involved.

I can't decide which one of those two stories is more awesome. Frogs or naked lady pants? It's a tough decision.

Me too. They're both so awesome in different ways, though both gave me this intense glow of happiness when I read.

What I love too is they're written in a different style to the usual but work so fantastically well.

Our fandom, so full of talented people.

Is my English failing me? 'Steered away' as in, you didn't write it? I mean, 'Mikey being used as a sex slave' sounds like the most perfect thing ever!

Because see, Bob in SPAAAAACE! is all about the Gee angst right now, and what could be more angsty than finding out that his little brother has been sold somewhere to be a sex slave? Being used and abused and all broken. It would be fabulous.

Sadly though, it doesn't fit with the story as well as Mikey the freedom fighter does. Still. Sex slave.

You should write it!

If I felt comfortable writing RPS, I'd totally do but I'm afraid I'm only good with FPS because when I write about my shows I have episodes after episodes of material to help me know and understand the characters. With RPS, I don't have that source and I'm not sure LOTMS or the couple of clips I've seen of the guys could help me with that.

Though I did try to help Jem with the creation of a 'verse that has some PATD and our MCR guys.

Still, not brave enough to try my hands at an actual fic.

But you totally should keep the idea of Mikey-the-sex-slave for another fic and another time. Because it would make people happy. Make that very happy.
